Thomas C. Bagg III (b. 1952) is the Risk Manager for the OSIRIS-REx Asteroid Sample Return Mission. Prior to this role, he supported the GSFC SBIR program, the HST SM4, NOAA-N and NOAA-N Prime missions. He helped develop the GSFC Systems Engineering Education Development Program.
