Margaretha Cornelia Maria Werkhoven (b. 1946) is a Dutch-Surinamese botanist at the National Herbarium of Suriname. She specializes in the flora (especially orchids) of the Guianas. The plants Hirtella margae and Philodendron werkhoveniae have been named after her.
