Fabrice Mottez (b. 1963) works on plasma astrophysics at the Paris Observatory. His work has contributed to the physics of Earth's polar auroras, to radio emissions of solar-system planets and satellites, as well as pulsars and their electromagnetic interaction with orbiting companions, including asteroids.
