John Fowler (b. 1942) is an American scientist who has worked on a variety of NASA missions, including Viking, the Infrared Astronomical Satellite, the Two Micron All-Sky Survey, the Spitzer Space Telescope and the Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer.
