Brian Edward Cox (b. 1968), an English particle physicist, is advanced fellow of physics and astronomy at the University of Manchester. He is also a member of the High Energy Physics group at the same university, working with the Large Hadron Collider. To the public, he is well known as the presenter of BBC science programs.
