Galina Alexeevna Inozemtseva (b. 1943), the head of Municipal Children's Diagnostic Center in Rostov-on-Don, has the title of Honorable Doctor of Russia. Particular emphasis in her work is placed on the development of theory and practice of diagnostics and children's medicine.
