Lillian Foo (b. 1972) is a consultant at the World Bank who helped develop a radio program that was broadcast in Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. She was previously a photojournalist at The Straits Times in Singapore. The name was suggested by T. H. Burbine.
