Dating The Zodiac: Cancer/Kataka

Once i worked for – not dated – a Cancerian who was a doctor and the maddest modelizer/womanizer you’ve ever heard of. But it wasn’t some cynical game theory pick-up artist thing – god no.

Dr Crab fell in love – or felt he did – each and every time. He could go from being like a wilted flower drooping down with the hassle of all his legal fees and pay-outs (several ex wives, none particular impressed with his efforts at surprise polygamy) into something more like an exotic orchid, witty and glowing with cosmic zeal.Merely at the sight of a beautiful girl-woman who could be It.

There were dramas. There was male Love Zombie yearning. There was quoting of Rumi, There were midnight punch ups involving him and men Dr Crab would dismiss irritatedly as “the husband – he doesn’t understand her – she is a magical instrument in the hands of a barbarian.”

He also liked Evian water, money (would obsessively count whatever currency was in his wallet) and watches that he felt the S.A.S. would wear should they need to call in an air strike. He never believed in the moon landing, preferring to think of Luna as a literal magical place or even a goddess. True.

But hey, have you any of you actually date/mated a Crab person?
