I’m going to take a different tact this week with my Astrological Insights. Instead of writing for the week, I’m going to write every few days, speaking to that which moves me. Doing this for now (however now lasts) is what feels inspiring to me now.

As I shared the other day, we’ve been under the swell of Mars/Saturn conjunction and for many people the last week-plus has been intense, challenging, and transformative as we find ourselves pushed up against and looking at our usually hard-to-look-at personal blocks, desires, and shadows.

So focused upon this conjunction what I failed to share was that Venus is also in the mix, squaring both Mars and Saturn.

Venus’ prominence may have us prominently being aware of our views towards love. We may be feeling a need to shine in a relationship. If we come against frustrations that another isn’t seeing us as we want to be seen, there’s a chance that we may act out in a rather dramatic way. Don’t deny your need to be appreciated and yet watch that it doesn’t overtake you in a way that puts you at risk for proceeding along a path that aligns with newly discovered conscious intentions.

We may also get great insights into what has worked and what hasn’t worked in relationships, whether those past or current. There’s a possibility to even discover a greater appreciation of  a quality of a bond shared with someone else that had been either taken for granted or just not clearly seen.

Money may also be on our mind, as we see how our relationship with our assets has or has not served us at the highest level. This awareness may bring on pointed insights for course correction in either/both money management and the ways we use our creative skills to generate resources. Perhaps also we may see how we’ve spent money on things whose only value was to help soothe our egoic wounds, leading to fleeting fulfillment of our hearts yet more long lasting depletion of our funds. If so, take the awareness forward with compassion for yourself rather than just staying in the past with “I shouldn’t have” regrets that only lead to self-judgment and stultification.
