Healing by Shiva Gayatri Mantra

The portion of the human body from the Hrudaya [Heart] to the Nabhi [Navel] is believed to be under the influence of Shiva. The major body organs, which fall within this region of the human body, are the chest, ribs, shoulders, spine and the back.
