It’s now a week since the New Moon eclipse. How are you doing with your intentions?

It’s so crucial to be aware of what you’re putting out there during this extra powerful time. Are you putting out there that you can or you can’t afford X or Y? Are you putting out there that you are loveable or not?

Putting out means what you believe deep down. It’s not so much about what you say, but more about what you actually think and believe deep down.

If you suspect you’re not putting out the best things, try to take some exercise or do some meditation. Dancing can also work wonders, in terms of shifting energy.
