“I’m worth it… “

Do you allow yourself to have the things you want? I remember once being with a very upper-middle class woman who had grown up in the war. She had big fears around cash. She was looking at a bottle of $2.99 nail polish.

She wasn’t sure she wanted it, although she loved the colour. We went and had a coffee while she thought about it. We went back to see the nail polish and she still was unsure, so we went home. The next day, we went back to the same pharmacy to look at the nail polish again. She didn’t buy it.

Now, no one would suggest that you buy things you don’t need, but when it comes to doing something like giving yourself a little treat like nail polish, don’t hesitate! When you treat yourself, you’re letting yourself and the world know that you are worth it! Not to say you’re worth only $2.99!!! Hopefully you get the idea.
