What Came Before Can Help Us With The Upcoming

Reflecting upon Mars leaving Sagittarius to move into Capricorn, I had to laugh as I remembered back to August when Mars was in Scorpio, and the intense and riveting journey it coincided with for many people (present company included) had it feeling like it would never, ever leave Scorpio, and that that journey would never end.

But alas, like Scorpio with its invocation of the death/rebirth cycle oft reminds us –”this too shall pass”–and it did. I know that what I experienced through the Mars in Scorpio period (likely helped by its conjunction to Saturn on August 25) has resulted in everlasting deep changes that I would never exchange even for the intensity that it yielded then.

Now that there is distance from that time, do you have a more comprehensive understanding of what that time yielded for you?

I’m wondering if reflecting upon this may not be of great value for us given the upcoming (November 10) conjunction of Mars and Pluto, the two planetary co-rulers of Scorpio. Perhaps the riches of the Underworld we mined during August and early September may be helpful for us in engendering our depths/passions/endurance/empowerment as we approach that early November conjunction (let alone what they may help us invoke as we’re in the advent of unfolding of the Scorpio Eclipse).
