Building plans examiner Lynn Underwood (1949– ) of Vail, Arizona, has completed successful and innovative designs of two major extensions to the Jarnac Observatory, thus enabling it to redouble its observations and join in an expanded public observing program with Dean Koenig {see planet  (15321)} and “Starizona”.
