Flóra Kozmutza (1905-1995) was a Hungarian educator, psychologist and high school teacher. She was a reformer of the Hungarian special education psychology, initiated the establishment of remedial education kindergartens, and directed the Special Education College of Budapest between 1972 and 1980.
