Professor Viktor Georgievich Dulov (1929-2001) was known for his work in theoretical gas dynamics and applied mathematics. He worked at Krasnoyarsk Computation Center, at Novosibirsk Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and at St. Petersburg University.
