Karolin Kleemann-Boeker (b. 1966) and Andreas Boeker (b. 1964) are longtime German amateur astronomers and cofounders of Turtle Star Observatory. Although both are interested in astrometry and astrophotography, Boeker is also experienced in building observatories and constructing telescope mounts.
