Named in honor of Tsutomu Seki, visual discoverer of six comets between 1961 and 1970. He later undertook an extensive program of photographic astrometric observations and has recovered several returning periodic comets. Editor of the Oriental Astronomical Association’s Comet Bulletin, he is also an accomplished performer and teacher of classical guitar. (M 11443) _ _.
