Ionut Alexandru Budisteanu (b. 1993) was awarded best of category and first place in the 2013 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for his computer science project. He also received the Gordon E. Moore Award. He attends the Liceul Tehnologic Oltchim, Ramnicu Valcea, Valcea, Romania.
